Immigration Advice

We established an immigration advice service in 2021 which is free at the point of access to those needing advice on immigration and asylum issues.  We are a level 1 OISC accredited service meaning that we can give advice and assistance, we can also refer more complex cases to other providers, and this is often funded by Legal Aid.

We have helped clients who are European Union citizens apply for Settled Status after Brexit.  We helped John (not his real name) from Portugal when he couldn’t submit his application on time:

“Hi, this is John.  You helped me with my EU settlement scheme application, it was successful, and I have been granted Indefinite Leave.  I just wanted to thank you!”

We have helped refugees and asylum seekers.  Recently, we were able to help a client with refugee status submit an application for settlement.

We have also given advice to those wanting to reunite their families, including siblings and married couples.

If you think we can offer you or someone you know advice or assistance please get in touch.

We do not charge for our services.
