On 26th October there will be new changes to the Equality Act made by made by the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act, will come into force.
These changes will place new duties on employers to ensure that workplaces are free from sexual harassment through ensuring that they have obligations to take step to act actions to prevent sexual harassment from taking place.
